Business Development Manager Opportunity (West London)


£30,000 to £40,000 basic, plus commission


Accomplish Today are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running in an autonomous 360 role and want to take advantage of this excellent opportunity and commission package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients

  • Build strong relationships with Directors, Consultants and Contractors

  • Strategic targeting of new business

Skills & Experience

  • Proven sales results meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPI’s within the contractor services industry

  • IR35 and other contractor compliance/tax-related knowledge highly preferable

  • Back Office Support (BOS) and Invoice discounting experience would be ideal

  • Accountancy, tax, and payroll experience is highly preferable

  • Excellent level of literacy, numeracy, and communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and appreciation of the 'buyer’s journey’·

  • Adept at building relationships and contacts via social networking and media platforms

  • Familiarity with and understanding of, the benefits and importance of accurate CRM administration

  • Ability to work independently, part of a team and deliver monthly KPI’s/targets

  • Ability to deliver a well-considered, focused plan for day/week/month ahead
