£25,000 to £36,000 per annum.
Ideally you will be a hands on Finance Manager who enjoys and thrives on responsibility , who is capable of working on your own initiative, and an ideas person always looking for ways to improve reporting and maximise profitability and really influence the bottom line.
You will:
Report and analyse weekly and periodic performance indicators to support operational cost control
Manage the production of periodic management accounts
Take ownership of the budget and forecast process
Understand and communicate variance to both budget and prior year
Hold regular updates with senior finance and operational management
Play a key part in operational strategy through the provision of ad-hoc information in support of investment appraisals and other business defining decisions
Work closely with the wider team to ensure a link between operational and commercial performance
Manage the weekly and monthly payroll

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA)
