Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
Manage and grow recruitment agency accounts, increasing contractor volumes
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across PAYE umbrella and payroll services
Deliver a high-quality, consultative service to drive retention and long-term partnerships
Business Development
Proactively win new recruitment agency clients through outbound activity
Target and develop agencies operating within contractor-heavy sectors
Support commercial growth initiatives alongside senior leadership
Client Relationships
Build strong relationships with recruiters and decision-makers
Act as a trusted advisor on PAYE umbrella, contractor payroll, and compliance
Attend client meetings and industry events to strengthen partnerships
Performance & Pipeline
Achieve activity and revenue targets
Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and conversions
Use CRM systems to track performance and identify growth opportunities
What Our Client is Looking For
Experience in B2B sales or account management
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Commercially driven with a target-focused mindset
Highly organised with good CRM discipline
Confident using LinkedIn, email, and phone for client engagement
