PAYE Umbrella Business Development Manager (BDM) - Exciting Opportunity!
Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of PAYE umbrella payroll solutions? We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our clients team and help expand our client base in the contractor and temporary workforce sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth- Identify and target new business opportunities within recruitment agencies, contractors, and end-hirers.
Client Relationships- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, payroll providers, and contractors.
Sales Strategy - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.?Market Awareness- Stay updated on industry trends, legislation (IR35, off-payroll working), and competitor activity.
Product Expertise- Educate clients on the benefits of our PAYE umbrella payroll solutions and position us as the preferred provider.
Lead Conversion- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within umbrella payroll, contractor services, or recruitment solutions.
Strong knowledge of PAYE umbrella models, IR35, and payroll compliance.? Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
