Internal Sales Manager Opportunity

Upto £40,000 pa plus commission

Offices in the West End, London.




The role

  • Expected to work from home initially

  • Once the team is more established, work from Regents Street

  • Hours of work 9am to 6pm

  • Uncapped commission

  • A new role within the business; excellent progression prospects


Responsibilities of Sales Account Manager (‘SAM’)

  • Contact all inbound leads by telephone within SLA

  • Follow the companies Contact Strategy

  • Convert enquiries into sales at or above the set KPIs

  • Send relevant sales literature to all enquiries

  • Ensure that every new client has provided all relevant information ad documentation

  • Provide each new client with information from our compliance checklist

  • Upsell additional services and products

  • Provide regular feedback to BDM, referring agents and management

  • Review list of clients by referring accounts to ensure that they are ready for payroll on a weekly basis

  • Engage referring agents to promote further referrals and increased closing %

  • Ensure any commercial arrangements are upheld and paid on time

  • Assist BDMs to increase number of referring consultants

  • Provide feedback to BDMs for each referring account and contribute ideas for the overall account development strategy

  • Assist with the ongoing developing of sales and account management processes

  • Assist with the ongoing development of our CRM

  • Assist with the ongoing development of MI

  • Present sales performance to management on a monthly basis

  • Take part in any adhoc sales based projections e.g. converting PSC clients to Easy Switch due to Off-Payroll Legislation

The successful candidate;

  • A proven and demonstrable track record of converting enquiries into sales

  • At least 2 years PAYE Umbrella experience

  • Preferably at least 1-year experience of CIS, PSC, PEO and/ or Shared Employment

  • A proven history of promotion within previous role/s
