OTE: £45,000+ (Year One)
Location: Altrincham (3 days office-based / 2 days flexible)

Your Mission

Drive Growth: Boost contractor referrals and placements.
Nurture Partnerships: Be the primary point of contact for our key recruitment agency partners.
Expert Guidance: Use your umbrella payroll knowledge to provide top-tier support and IR35 insights.
Who You Are
Experienced in an Umbrella Company, Contractor Payroll, or Recruitment Agency environment.
A natural communicator who thrives on building long-term B2B relationships.
