The Role:
As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Driving new business across the Scotland or Midlands territory
Managing and developing key customer relationships in the SME and enterprise sectors
Promoting a full range of material handling solutions to meet client needs
Preparing proposals, tenders, and ROI business cases
Working closely with internal teams to ensure first-class service delivery
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to maximise growth opportunities
About You:
Proven track record in field sales – ideally within material handling, capital equipment, or industrial B2B solutions
Confident in developing new business and growing existing accounts
Strong communication and negotiation skills with decision-makers at all levels
Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
