The Role:

As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving new business across the Scotland or Midlands territory

  • Managing and developing key customer relationships in the SME and enterprise sectors

  • Promoting a full range of material handling solutions to meet client needs

  • Preparing proposals, tenders, and ROI business cases

  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure first-class service delivery

  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to maximise growth opportunities


About You:

  • Proven track record in field sales – ideally within material handling, capital equipment, or industrial B2B solutions

  • Confident in developing new business and growing existing accounts

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with decision-makers at all levels

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
