Sales Consultant – Customer Success & Relationship Management Opportunity
Full-time Monday–Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Based in Central Manchester
£26,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing:
Building strong, long-term relationships with contractors
Handling inbound queries via phone, SMS, email, and live chat
Delivering tailored service reviews to ensure client satisfaction
Supporting customer retention and ensuring a first-class experience
Contacting potential new contractors referred by recruitment partners
Providing sales illustrations & guidance
Answering pre-sale questions
Processing applications and following up on documentation
Taking ownership of general administration to support smooth service delivery
What you won’t be doing:
Cold calling – all leads are warm
Treating customers as just numbers – every interaction matters
Working in a faceless corporate environment – here, you’ll be valued and recognised

Previous experience in an umbrella company or recruitment agency (highly desirable)
Already eligible to work full-time in the UK
