Accomplish Today is aiming to recruit a Sales Leader (Internal). This role is ideal for a B2B sales professional with PAYE/Umbrella experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving KPIs and managing high-performing internal sales teams.
Role Overview
As a Sales Leader you will lead a team of internal sales consultants, ensuring daily KPIs are met while driving the growth of client accounts. You will combine team leadership, sales strategy, and operational oversight to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage an internal sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
Build, maintain, and grow relationships with recruitment agency clients
Oversee daily internal sales activity, ensuring high-volume calls and enquiries
Maintain accurate client and consultant data in CRM systems
Set team objectives aligned with business growth and sales strategy
Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and feedback to optimise productivity
Support the Sales Director with operational and strategic initiatives
Attend client meetings and occasional hospitality events
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience managing and leading an internal sales or B2B team
Strong PAYE/Umbrella or payroll/recruitment sales experience
Track record of achieving KPIs, including 50+ daily calls
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
Strong CRM experience and data-driven decision-making
Exceptional communication, organisation, and client relationship skills
