Accomplish Today is partnering with an award winning employer to recruit a Strategic Account Executive. This is a pivotal role for a commercially astute, credible professional to manage and grow a portfolio of key B2B accounts.

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be a central point of contact for key clients, delivering strategic insight and exceptional service to senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and expansion within your portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of the company’s most important B2B clients

  • Conduct strategic business reviews to identify growth opportunities and ensure high retention

  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs

  • Develop a deep understanding of the umbrella industry regulatory landscape to provide credible advice

  • Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities, enhancing brand presence


The Candidate 

Accomplish Today are looking for a professional who combines B2B sales expertise with strategic account management skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or business development

  • Background in Umbrella Services, Payroll, Financial Services, or B2B sales is highly desirable

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Commercially driven, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Professional, confident, and credible, able to build trust quickly


The Package & Benefits

  • Base Salary: £30,000

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): £45,000+ (realistic first-year target) + uncapped commission

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

  • Holiday: 25 days annual leave (24 + birthday) + Bank Holidays, increasing with tenure
