Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to be the central pillar of our agency partnerships. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing and strengthening our existing client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service, and reinforcing our reputation for quality and trust.
You will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to guarantee a seamless journey for contractors, while proactively identifying and developing opportunities to add value and deepen partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and develop long-term, strategic relationships with our existing recruitment agency partners.
Manage the end-to-end contractor referral process, ensuring efficient onboarding and strict adherence to compliance standards.
Serve as the primary liaison between recruitment agencies, contractors, and internal departments.
Deliver consistent communication, including regular performance updates, service reviews, and strategic insights to agency contacts.
Identify and action opportunities for service improvement and strategic partnership growth.
Essential Skills and Experience
Proven track record in a client success, relationship management, or account management role.
A background within umbrella payroll, compliance, or the recruitment sector is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage credibly and professionally at all levels.
Outstanding organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine commitment to excellence in service delivery.
