The Role

As a Financial Services Administrator, you’ll provide critical support to our advisors and clients, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare and process new business applications and ongoing servicing requirements

  • Liaise with clients, product providers, and advisors to manage queries and update records

  • Maintain client files in line with compliance and data protection regulations

  • Support advisors with meeting preparation, valuations, and client reviews

  • Provide general administrative support, including document management and database maintenance

 

About Our Client:


  • Previous experience in a financial services environment is essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks

 

Desirable Qualifications:


  • Financial Services Administration qualification (e.g. CII Certificate in Financial Services)
