The Role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you’ll provide critical support to our advisors and clients, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process new business applications and ongoing servicing requirements
Liaise with clients, product providers, and advisors to manage queries and update records
Maintain client files in line with compliance and data protection regulations
Support advisors with meeting preparation, valuations, and client reviews
Provide general administrative support, including document management and database maintenance
About Our Client:
Previous experience in a financial services environment is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks
Desirable Qualifications:
Financial Services Administration qualification (e.g. CII Certificate in Financial Services)
