Key Account Executive Role

Based in the City

£35,000 base salary, OTE £50,000 which is realistic as you will inherit large live accounts

The ideal candidate will have worked in the PAYE Umbrella sector

You will be required to attend the city office 3 days a week. Please note as part of the role you will be required to attend client meetings. presentations, training sessions and entertain clients ie lunches and varous sporting events.

Responsibilities

• Managing and nurturing their key accounts to maintain and grow business relationships

• Increase the number of referring consultants and enquiries within your patch

• Act as a main point of contact for your clients

• Address and resolve clients queries

• Follow up with all clients within your patch 

• Account map every account to identify key stakeholders

• Assist in deliverying legislation/ umbrella training courses

• Attend face to face agency visits, and some hospitality where

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months experience in the PAYE Umbrella or Payroll Solution industry

• Effective written and oral communication skills

• Superior organisational skills, with ability to work independently

• with minimal support

• Previous experience collaborating

• Experience in working with and maximising usage of internal

• systems and Sales CRM system
