The role is customer-facing and ideal for an accountant who enjoys interacting with clients on a regular basis. More akin to an 'account manager’ , the successful candidate will manage a number of clients and ensure they receive a high level of customer experience at all times.
In this role, you will undertake a variety of tasks but are not limited to the following:
Point of contact for all client accounts guidance and general queries
Problem-solve client accounting issues with your team on a daily basis
Tax compliance oversight
Year End process management
Book-keeping oversight
Company Secretarial compliance oversight
Liaise with the product and software development teams to optimise your workflow on an ongoing basis
Payroll processing oversight
What Our Client is Looking For
ACA or ACCA or equivalent accounting qualification
1+ year post qualification experience
Excellent communication skills, in particular helping clients understand the accounting issues that their businesses face
The ability to work as part of a team or on your own
The capacity to work at a high level under pressure and the ability to meet deadlines to the standard required
Honesty and discretion as you will be handling confidential information
A methodical, thorough, and analytical approach
