The Role:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by:

• Identifying and engaging SME clients to promote payroll services

• Converting high-quality inbound leads and generating new business

• Conducting needs assessments and tailoring payroll solutions

• Delivering software demonstrations and building long-term client relationships

• Attending face-to-face meetings with decision-makers

• Collaborating with marketing to support campaigns and sales initiatives

• Reporting on sales activity, pipeline, and revenue performance

About You:

• Proven sales/business development experience in payroll or recruitment

• Strong track record selling to SMEs

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to build trust quickly and manage multiple opportunities

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

• Confident using CRM systems and sales tools
